My wife and I were looking for a head board for a king size bed. We found one and then endung up buying a queen mattress and adjustable box spring. We had excellent help in the store and when the delivery to our house (90 miles away) was made, it was very professional. The two young men were very courteous and conscientious about bringing and setting up our furniture. Thank you Nelson Furniture!

I felt my entire experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and I did not feel pressured. I will definitely do business there again and I will be highly recommending them to all my family and friends. Their service is above and beyond.

We are new to the area and came in looking for a dining room table set. Armando helped me and went above and beyond. He truly listened to what my family was needing and showed me many options and wasn’t pushy. He was respectful of our price range and was thorough at checkout. The ladies in the front were a hoot. The delivery guys were so nice and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Delivery was within 24 hours! WOW! We enjoyed the set so much I ended up getting two extra chairs the next day. I can’t recommend this establishment or Armando enough. Thank you!!

Met with friendly and informative sales person, answered questions but left us alone to browse. Same when we went back to purchase sofa/chair set. Delivered the next day. Delivery men were careful with the furniture and were careful to get it in the house and setup correctly. Overall good experience. When compared to other products in other furniture stores, the quality and price and customer service were more to our liking.

Donnie provided 10/10 service while helping my partner and I search for a mattress that fit both of our needs. The delivery people were prompt and so friendly! The least stressful shopping and delivery process I’ve ever experienced. A big thanks to Josh for making sure everything was set up as it should be, and to Donnie for helping us through this experience. I can happily say we’ve both slept the best we have in a long time thanks to our new mattress and the help from our friends at Nelson’s! We highly recommend.

I can't even begin to describe the excellent service this store provides. I purchased full living room furniture and a dining table and chairs. From the beginning of the sales process, Melinda went above and beyond in determining my needs and wants and finding pieces that fit those, even going through the store and finding the perfect pillows to complement the couch and love seat. And she had Dan/Don(?) bring pieces to me so we had our own little living room in store and could see how it all looked together! The dining set was easy, because I quickly saw the perfect thing. Delivery guys brought in and set up the new and took away the old. They made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it and were courteous and professional. And they loved my dogs, which is always a plus! I bought the furniture Sunday afternoon and they delivered it on Wednesday, a day of my choosing. There is no reason to go out of town to buy furniture or to buy from corporate chains. Buy local at Nelson's and prepare to be wowed!

Nelson Furniture is AWESOME. I am one of those shoppers that knows exactly what I want. But when buying furniture you seldom get exactly what you had in mind. Nelson Furniture not only has exactly what I wanted, but it was affordable too. Mel (sales person) was always smiling and positive. When I wanted that table, but those chairs, she made it happen. And delivery? Mike said absolutely we can make delivery today happen. I made my selection on Friday morning, my table/chairs were delivered before 5:00 pm the SAME day. The delivery guys were very friendly and made sure not to ding my furniture or walls. All around - great products, affordable prices and super staff.

We bought a bedroom set, king mattress, dining room set, end tables, and sofa table from Nelson’s Furniture in Kearney and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The sales people were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The delivery was timely and we received the same customer service from the delivery personnel. They were very careful and wanted to make sure everything was setting in the correct place and had my approval before they left. We even received a follow up phone call the next day to see how everything went. We are really glad we decided to buy locally!

The staff at Nelson’s genuinely made shopping for furniture easy and fun. They were very low-pressure, but helpful and followed up with every question I had. Together, we pieced together my dream living room furniture. They ordered specific fabric samples for me and even delivered the pieces separately so that I could have the part that was in stock right away. The delivery guys were kind and efficient. It has been a great experience all-around!

Amazing customer service! Mike was super helpful addressing my questions and very polite. Donnie and Josh did an awesome job on delivery. Very careful bringing the furniture in.
